I was thinking about doing a series of short stories or poems for a children`s picture book.
This one is about a man who used to be a sailor who sailed all around the world. On his journey`s he collected all kinds of curiosities he calls treasures.
He was an adventurous man who couldn`t be tied down. He was married to his ship Mathilda and the seas, but then one faithfull day on a tropical beach he met a young beautiful lady who stole his heart. They got married and settled in a small, old coastal town.
The lady wasn`t to happy with all the "junk" mr. Chudderley collected over the years, hence making him getting rid of it all. Nowadays mr. Chudderley runs a shop where he reluctantly sells his treasures.
Silly little story. Had a lot of fun working on this piece anyway.
